Healing the broken and the brokenhearted. Forgiving the unforgiveable. Loving the unlovable. God’s love can be astonishing—even foolish, by modern standards. Author, Franciscan friar, and retreat leader Fr. Dan Horan speaks weekly to groups of various kinds on what it means to be a follower of Jesus in the twenty-first century. His insights are often counterintuitive, in the best sense of the Gospel. This collection of essays is no exception. God Is Not Fair explores what it means to faithfully live by vows—counterculturally—today.  Stock #: B53141

Worth reading.

Thought the middle section really had good ideas and ways of addressing present life's situations.

Read this when it was a featured book and then loaned it out. Had trouble getting it back, the person I loaded it to wanted to share it with others. As always Fr Dan H. challenges us.
Warning: not for those who thing Vatican II was a mistake.
