Fr. Murray Bodo, OFM is an eloquent and inspiring writer - especially on all things Franciscan. I treasure all his books, but especially "Francis: The Journey and the Dream".

Excellent book. Very well written. Inspired me during a transitional period in my life. Felt burnout in my career as a lawyer. This book offered me a new perspective about my role in this world. My new life mission as a lawyer and a human is to serve others. Use my law degree to ameliorate the lives of indigent criminal defendants, hopeless American Veterans, sexual and racial minorities, and other people marginalized in American society. I am very excited about making a trip to Umbria to visit Subasio, and then traveling to La Verne.

This is one of the most powerful books I’ve ever read, and will surely reread it many times while I travel my own journey, fulfilling my own dreams!!!
