All returns will be made at the customer's expense. Items that do not meet the following criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Items must be returned in re-sellable condition. Credit cannot be given for shopworn, damaged, stickered, and/or sticker residue items.
If an item has been discontinued or sold on a non-returnable basis, no refund/credit will be given.
To return merchandise please contact our Customer Services department by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please carefully package all items so they are not damaged in shipping. Return your merchandise within 45 days of invoice/order confirmation date. Label the box with the RMA number and ship to ATTN: Returns, Franciscan Media, 1915 Aster Rd, Sycamore IL 60178. If you are returning an item(s) over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your return.
Please include a copy of the invoice/order confirmation, add the RMA# to this form.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, minus a 10% restocking fee and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or account.
