Guided By Saints: a 30-Day Journal For Inspiration and Direction

I am appreciative of this book and the biographies of the Saints and the questions for reflection. Several years ago, a friend gave me a St. Padre Pio scapular and I wear it every day. I also attached a medal of Pope John Paul II to it. Wearing this scapular gives me such comfort and now praying and reflecting intentionally on his life and struggles and relating to him more through feeling some suffering we have in common really helps me feel less isolated. This is spiritual reading which helps.
