Reflects the content

I am finding is a slow read because of Ilia’s dense style and content. What I read (and reread) I find helpful. I particularly like the idea that compassion unites people…important in these polarized days.

A Must Read

Compassion: Living in the Spirit of St. Francis gives avenues of thought about the topic that I had not considered before. There is so much to take in and absorb that the book deserves a second reading. The most important take away for me is that we can’t truly be followers of Christ without compassion. Thank you for this wonderful book! God bless!
