Prayer in Catholic Tradition

Feel free to publish or not publish. Have just read and enjoyed Chs 4 (Distractions) & 7 (Struggling) and will look forward to reading similar "introduction to prayer for skeptics" chapters, if any are left. Having the authors' brief bios as the ToC is very inefficient.
