It’s not you it’s me

I am educated and a good reader but this book is way over my head. I find myself reading and rereading paragraphs and it feels like WORK! I want the information and the knowledge but this is not an easy read.

Deep and profound!

Father Rohr conveys the meaning of the sermon on the mount and what it means to us today. I love his focus on what Jesus SAID and why he said it, without clothing it in religious dogma. This book provides strong spiritual direction to better understand Jesus and how to follow his teachings.
